How to Manifest Mindfully

 

CREATING YOUR FUTURE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT

This Manifestation activity is a powerful way of working with your thoughts and projections into the future. More times than not we are on a default setting worrying about the future. Rather than cultivating a positive expectation about what might occur regarding a situation or an event, we project into the future all the things that might go wrong – this often results in being in a frame of mind where we are replaying over and over again the worse case scenario.

This exercise is a way to get out of the negative replay of our worries about future events and situations – and it is also a way of deliberately creating what you want in the future.

It will allow you to project into the future with a positive expectation. This is in fact what being a deliberate creator of your life means – because we know that what ever vibration you are putting out into the universe will be drawn to you. Like attracts like!

To do this exercise, find a quiet spot and some time where you can focus and let your imagination expand, and write about the life you desire to create.

 

Ask yourself what you desire in your Life?

Write down everything you desire (the successes, the adventures, the creativity, the love and the fun). Visualize it as if it is already happening and you are already experiencing the joy, health, success, abundance, fulfillment and more.

As you complete this Mindful Manifestation List, let your imagination be free. Don’t censor yourself. Allow whatever thoughts and ideas come to you and write them down without hesitation.

Let it flow from your pen onto the paper.

Write out your ideal reality for each area of your life, as listed below. Afterwards, notice how you feel. Be aware. What is happening now?
