A Mindful Art of Life begins with the lifestyle you create. I live in a village in the west of France on the way to Normandy and Brittany. It is a region known as the Mayenne and abounds with farms, forests and rivers with plenty of rain and quite a bit of sunshine – the result is that I call it the Mayenne Jungle. I live in a medieval village called Sainte Suzanne with a population of about 1000. After living in New York and Paris for many years, I am often asked somewhat dubiously how I like living in the country. Here you will get a taste of what it is to live here, how I spend my days, and share my pleasures and woes!
